REAFFIRM YOUR MEMBER’S COMMITMENT TO FAIR HOUSING

This month marks the 39th anniversary of the Fair Housing Act, which protects all Americans from discrimination based on race, color, religion, gender, disability, familial status and national origin. By participating in Fair Housing Month activities, your Board can aim to advance equal access to housing and remind Americans that fair housing is not an option, but the law. All state and local real estate associations have been sent a copy of NAR's Fair Housing Focus and poster, with ideas your Board can incorporate to commemorate this important month.
